We are sorry Joel decided to go this route he did write to us and threaten to write the review if not refunded. He booked a vacation rental property from a private owner which is clearly stated in the description and by the platform he is using. He did not book through the hotel but wanting a hotel experience. is It is true we don't do daily amenities, there is room for an air mattress and I have not had anyone comment on the pullout before this they are the same pullouts that are in every room at the Lodge so I think he would find the same scenario any way he booked and yes we do not offer water in our rooms the water from the faucet is delicious and very safe to drink there are plenty of glasses for drinking not to mention the environmental cost of plastic bottles. Unfortunately, he felt the need to write this and did not like his experience and we are sorry about that but as you can see from all our listings and the fact we are super hosts on air bnb as well we take the setups, of our rooms, cleaning, the comfort of our guests seriously.
