"Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist im Haus Gustav gut aufgehoben. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend (keine Abzugshaube) um schnelle Gerichte zu zaubern. Für "kälteempfindliche" Menschen könnte es in den kälteren Monaten vielleicht etwas zu kalt im Haus sein. Da nur eine Stromheizung im Wohnzimmer vorhanden ist und die Schlafzimmer gar nicht beheizt werden können. Ansonsten ist das Grundstück für Hundebesitzer super, weil es komplett eingezäunt ist."

"Wir haben mit unseren Freunden, die zwei Hunde haben, über Silvester sehr schöne Tage in dem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. An unserem Anreisetag, einem Sonntag, lief die Heizung nicht und konnte auch nur durch einen Heizungsmonteur eingeschaltet werden. Nach einem Anruf beim Poeler Appartement Service stand der Monteur eine halbe Stunde später vor der Tür und wir brauchten nicht frieren! Mehr geht nicht. Höchstens noch zweiter Parkplatz. Gut an Timmendorf Strand ist dass dort wenig...

"Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen ausreichend, aber nicht unbedingt bequem. Da wir zu dritt waren mußte ich im Wohnzimmer auf dem Klappsofa schlafen. Das war eine Zumutung. Es fehlt ein Tisch und eine vernünftige Lampe, um bequem lesen zu können. Die Betten sind gut. Das Internet war in Ordnung und die Umgebung auch."
