"Spent the weekend riding the rails and tubing down the river. The house was a perfect location for these activities. Had 4 couples and the house was set up nice so we could all hang out and visit. Communication with the owner was easy when a question came up. If you’re looking for a place in Boone for a big group this house does the trick."

"Nice place for reunion of 5 college friends. It was nice to have a bed for each of us. However, 2 of the beds were in an unfinished basement, basically a big open space. It would be very helpful if there was a bathroom (or at least a powder room) there. While the listing was technically correct, it was a little misleading saying there are 5 beds.. Overall, we had a great stay as the main floor was well furnished. Nice walk to nearby coffee shop."

"We had a wonderful time at the ranch house. We have stayed in many VRBO and Air B&B homes and this one was by far the cleanest and best equipped home we have stayed in. We spent a lot of time in the pool and had plenty of space to spread out in the house. The property is beautiful! The kids loved the play area and the games in the basement. We enjoyed the solo fire pit and saw several deer come through the yard. We definitely recommend this home for a family vacation!"

"Very nicely updated modern apartment. It was quiet & felt safe especially with the double door code security. A blow dryer added would be nice! A bedside lamp would be a great addition for reading! My only concern was the old building smell inside. It was perfect for my stay & enjoyed walking down story street! Thank you!! "

"Don’t be mislead by the age of the house; it was impeccably clean and organized. The neighborhood, though not centrally located for university access, was close to downtown and south Duff businesses plus convenience stores and several restaurants.
