The property was listed as newly remodeled but in my opinion, maybe just a cheap facelift. There are a lot of areas that could use some work or maybe just a better cleaning.
There was a sink broken in the bathroom that we were not told about, bulbs that were flickering and probably needed replacing, little things really but they also make a big difference.
The biggest concern of ours was a part of the house that is not mentioned in the listing. The lower level. In the welcome letter it said there were extra beach towels and chairs and a game room, keys by the door. So, we went to check it out and I was shocked by what we saw. Spider webs, all across the extra towels and chairs and as we ventured further into the game room we saw what can only be described as a party room that was uncleaned. There was an unfinisehd case of beer, half full cans of beer, booze and a random couch with sheets/bedding all messed up. It's almost as of they completely forgot to clean the space before we go there. After my nephew turned on the black light, I was completely HORRIFIED at what we saw and wouldn't allow anyone in the lower level for the rest of the trip, which was a bummer, because there was a pool table, foosball, bean bags, darts. A lot of fun, but it was not sanitary at all. What's really dissapointing, is after mentioning to the owner, I have been completely ghosted.
Overall location of this property was perfect, we were coming to enjoy the water park as a family and walking across the street to Kings Point was awesome, also the Mini golf and park are super close.
