"My stay at this inn was excellent. Plenty of easy parking with good lighting and safe feeling. Check in service was super fast and friendly. Front desk, and all staff were very pleasant, smiled and polite. Room cleaned well, and all amenities worked well. Nice TV and beds comfortable. A very comfortable night stay with 2 small dogs in tow. "

"There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed."

"The receptionist made several mistakes and had a poor attitude during a simple check-in. They certainly don't advertise that the typical little breakfast buffet, with terrible-tasting scrambled eggs, is not free. No free breakfast. And the signage in the large parking lot does not make it clear that parking is not free for hotel guests. It should say, "PARKING IS NOT FREE FOR HOTEL GUESTS." I got a parking ticket."

"Hotel limpo e bem organizado. Grande hall de entrada, possui bar/restaurante, muito bom. Há snacks durante a tarde, assim como em Orlando. Quarto e banheiro, com box de vidro, espaçosos e muito limpos. Colchão, lençóis e toalhas muito bons. Uma excelente escolha. Já está em nossa lista. Escolhemos este hotel pela maravilhosa experiência que tivemos em Olrando, o que se repetiu aqui. A rede está de parabéns. Funcionários sempre muito solícitos e dispostos a nos ajudar."

"We had a wonderful stay. The man at the front desk was very friendly during check in and that gave us a pleasant start to our stay. We did not try the paid breakfast but would have loved complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. However we did appreciate the free waters each day. Our room was very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and we had great sleeps both nights. (Although the pillows seemed pretty flat - definitely need to double up) The bed being so comfortable...

"First of all two other members in our party having different rooms both experienced terrible pre-cleansed room service. One had a dog’s feces, still remaining in the room, and the other had inappropriate stained sheets still on the bed matting after a second request to move. It was still not relieved. "Arrived and no one was in the lobby or at the desk. We waited a while then finally found someone. A man with huge fake breasts came out, didn't acknowledge us other than asking for ID and credit card. Made no eye contact. Handed us the room key and that was it. Worst customer service we've experienced at a hotel. Also parking on Expedia is listed at $12, but hotel had a handwritten sign saying parking was $15. Definitely staying somewhere else next time we're in area."
