"Lovely house and property with a huge yard. Very clean!! It was easy to check in and out. There is no WiFi and the service is spotty but it wasn’t much of an issue for us. Our dogs loved the yard. We grilled and had a fire each night and swam in the lake every day (we walked down a bit to get to the more swim-able part of the beach). Only thing that would improve this place for us would be a fenced in area of the yard for our pips—then it would be perfect!"

"We spent our anniversary trip at this quaint little cottage and fell in love almost immediately. The deck overlooking the River is just about as peaceful as it gets. We seen so much wild life and spent a majority of our time here. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed.The livingroom was comfy at night to wind down. We absolutely would come back in the future! Kari was a dream to communicate with as well. "

The sun coming up in the morning was beautiful and we also enjoyed the kayaks. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will return. "

"Beautiful location & very clean RV. They stock the RV with everything you need. You really do just need your clothes & food. Beautiful place to kayak with hiking trails near by at the historic state park. The hosts were awesome too, we ask to borrow a tool to fix our kayak and they were super helpful & very nice. "I was concerned that the nearby construction project (Escanaba is updating its water infrastructure) would disrupt the peace & beauty of this house that looks over Ludington Park & Lake Michigan. It had minimal impact, and actually provided some entertainment. We had a wonderful time!If you want beautiful views and immediate access to Ludington park for walks and cycling, this is the place. Additionally, Craig is a wonderful, easily accessible host.This was our fourth, and final, effort at...

There were so many thoughtful details such as small flashlights on the bedside tables, q-tips in the bathroom, plenty of dishes and cookware, a picnic table to enjoy meals outside and a beautiful view. We felt so comfortable and the property was quiet which we loved. Communication was excellent with the hosts. I would recommend this stay to anyone. We are hoping to come back this fall! "

"Surprisingly large apartment. One bathroom - but that was known at booking. Plenty of space to spread out. Big kitchen and coffee area. A/C was fine but spotty as not all rooms had their own window unit. Location was fine close to the big park and main downtown street. This is a quiet town even in the middle of summer. "
