"Clean, low noise while I was there Fri/Sat/Sun, helpful staff, no proteins at complimentary breakfast but otherwise ok, no issues parking, good restaurants next door (Outback and Beards seafood), some repairs and maintenance needed but water/ac/lights worked fine, clean linens. I'd stay there again."

The only issue we had was when we got back to the hotel after the event we were staying for, there was no parking at all in our parking lot or the one next door. "

But if you are expecting to get a good night sleep you may be lacking. While the bed is comfortable, the other guests do not take into consideration of others. "The common area’s windows, carpets, entrance doors, elevators all needed a good cleaning. The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed not to mention shampooed. The room was somewhat better, but stuffy and the shower left a lot to be desired. The kitchen area looked relatively clean but we did not use it.
