"Starting with checking in, it wasn’t a smooth experience. Front desk was confused about or booking, finally got they sorted and 2 out if the 3 rooms that we booked the bathroom flooded. Absolutely disgusting although they got staff to come try and fix the issue but not resolve it. I asked for a refund on the 2 rooms as this is unacceptable, disgusting and probably not healthy for my family that stayed in those rooms. They said all they could do was give me 25% off on MY NEXT STAY!!!! Seriously...

"We traveled with kids. It was an awesome stay! Quiet and clean. The breakfast was incredible! We loved the omelette bar, it was such a treat! Most of our group has to eat gluten free, we loved the delicious omelette and felt very safe eating it. We appreciated the gluten-free muffins as well. The staff was helpful and kind. Thank you!"

"Definitely a great hotel to stay at. There was some confusion on our check-in about the breakfast being included in our stay, but we were able to iron that out. Otherwise, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a room that had been newly renovated, was very nice but the only item that seemed missed was the light fixtures in the bathroom."
