"Rather a mixed opinion of my stay.
App door key is functional once you get used to it, though I would prefer a key or code personally as having all of the doors unlock before I reach them is a security/safety risk, especially for lone travellers.
I was very put off by there being a hidden fee retained from the room security deposit, with the alternative choice to have the deposit held for a full 30 days.
Plenty of free parking spaces but they are painted very small and some are quite...

"Outside courtyard was not swept or clean. With rubbish in the corner which was a shame as couldn't sit out. Also work next door was very loud all day yesterdayUnfortunately we have a 4week old baby we couldn't settled yesterday due to banging from building works. "

"Excellent value for money.
Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox.
Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back.
This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains).
Bed was really comfy and fresh.
Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops.
Only downside...

"Unexpected damage deposit required. Check in process and access to the property was not obvious. Room was ok. Old instant coffee was not good, I had to get coffee bags from a local gas station instead. Location is a ~10 minutes walk from a handful of restaurant places."
