"We booked a non-smoking room but the hallway, staircase and the room everything was stinking with smokey smell... We reached back to Attendant and she was super helpful to move us to a ground floor room. Still the new room was smelly, this time it was mildew. The bathrooms were patchy and not maintained at all... It was a worst hotel experience ever. It was not worth for any dollars that we had paid for..."
