"Clean room, lovely staff, great location for getting to Download festival. Really good value for money.
A few things to note - the reception is located in a different area of the campus to the accommodation. For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left.
The room itself was good although it was quite warm in the summer & the pillows were thin so I’d recommend bringing some additional pillows with you. There is a large carpark by...

"Fabulous little place, in an idyllic location. Whilst the accommodation is basic, it is charming and has everything you need....including kitchen and bathroom facilities. The addition of horses, pigs, and chickens and ducks on site was a bonus, and being greeted by the farm dogs every day was lovely. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating (we had to change our dates at the last moment) and are really friendly. Definitely looking forward to staying again."

"Apartment with 2 bedrooms was just okay. When we arrived, the light in the main living area didn’t work, we had no cooking pots, the TV wasn’t connected to the internet, and the bathroom sink only had super hot water. After complaining, we moved to a new unit after 2 nights which was in much better shape. Free laundry in building but the basement smelled terrible."

"This VRBO property is a home that manages to be both perfectly positioned and well maintained. If you are looking for a rental that is in a relatively quiet area for relaxation, is close to shops for easy planning, and offers immediate access to beautiful countryside walks, all within a setting that is clean and well presented, look no further. We would happily book this property again if we are in the area and recommend it to other like minded travelers."

"Great place to stay, the room is exactly as advertised. 20 minute walk downtown and well connected to East Midlands. The studio with the small kitchenette and the private bathroom was definitely worth it. The gym is great for a little workout "
