"There isn't a minibar in the rooms and it's very hard to get bottles of water. The Gym is always very full, as is the pub and the restaurant, mostly with no guests. So, after a long day of work, you arrive at the hotel and have to struggle to get some food. The employees from the pub/restaurant are very unfriendly."

"My room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotlessly clean - more so than in most hotels I have stayed in. The staff were all very good. The dining area is pleasant. Breakfast choices are adequate and the cost was very reasonable."

"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...
