Welcome to Raf Farm, a modern Cottage Retreat with 50+ Acres of Stunning Views. Peaceful county escape perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
We purchased this beautiful land in 2019 and built a warm and inviting home that we now love sharing with guests from all over.
The space
Accommodating up to 8 guests, our lovingly restored four-season farmhouse blends modern amenities with the charm and character of a traditional county home. Whether you’re looking for a quiet retreat or a cozy gathering with friends and family, Raf Farm is the perfect stay!

Featuring three spacious bedrooms, a welcoming living area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedrooms:
Drift off to sleep in one of our three fully furnished, comfortable bedrooms.
• Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 – Queen bed

Bathrooms:
• Upstairs Bathroom – Features an original pedestal Jacuzzi tub with a shower.
• Main Floor Bathroom – A modern 3-piece bathroom with a steam sauna.

Kitchen :
On the 2nd floor with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, featuring a large dining table that comfortably seats 8–10 guests.

Enjoy your meals indoors or take advantage of our summertime screened-in porch for an alfresco dining experience. Cozy up by the indoor fireplace, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub or steam sauna.

Raf Farm is a beautifully designed, modern, yet rustic cottage nestled on over 50 acres of breathtaking natural beauty near Napanee.
We’ve added thoughtful touches to make your stay extra memorable.
For entertainment, enjoy a ping pong table and foosball table for some friendly competition.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire main and second floor of the home, as well as the front and back decks.

While guests have full access to the cottage, please know that we reside in a separate home on the same property. As this is a working farm, you may see us going about our daily routines. We fully respect your privacy and aim to provide a peaceful, relaxing stay.

• Security: For safety, there are just 6 exterior security cameras on the property.
• Emergency Information: In case of emergency, dial 911. The nearest hospital is approx. 25 minutes away, located in Napanee.
• No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property due to the fire hazard in the surrounding forest.
• Self Check-In: Enjoy the convenience of self check-in with a keypad.
