Hotéis em Stoke upon Tern, ENG

"Would have been a 5 star review but I asked the first night if staff could kindly remind other residents to move away from the front steps of the building whilst smoking kate at night as it comes into the bedroom window. Second night I had to ask 3 different gentlemen to please move away as their smoke was keeping me awake and affecting my asthma. Two were very apologetic and moved but the 3rd I got abuse from and it was not nice😞."

"It was an ok visit but we wouldn't go back - just wasn't an inviting experience - and no dinner served on Monday meant we had to go out"

"Ideal location for a family visit & made our dog feel very welcome! Everywhere was beautifully decorated & the staff were very welcoming! Breakfast was amazing & we would definitely stay there again !! Well done to the Sutherland xx"

"It was fine, nice surroundings and quiet"

"The person on reception was nice, they appeared to be working alone so did a good job. Polite and was quick to help. Hotel was grubby, noisy and in need of upgrading. Had to switch rooms as the first room (#10) the windows had a huge gap and wouldn't close so let in a lot of cold air. The second room was marginally improved but the heating wouldn't come on, shower head was disgusting so didnt use. Gaps under doors to the corridor meant you could hear all passers by. Far too expensive for...
