Our hotel and car park is a 5-10 minute walk from the city center, I can also assure you we have the cheapest parking you can find in the center. If you we're struggling for things to do in the area, we have tour guides at reception upon request. Hilton Honors is a programme designed to reward guests who book with us direct, the benefits can include free breakfast, free upgrades and discounted rates, we apologise if you feel this is insufficient. We appreciate your comments regarding our lifts, unfortunately we have to have the keypad inside the lift as our first and ground floor don't require the use of a keycard, this is mainly due to our meeting rooms being located on the first floor. It is only once you get to the guest levels that the key car is required. The buffet breakfast definitely has it's advantages for some, I hope your partner took advantage of the "all you can eat buffet"!
