"The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again."

"We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. "

"Very enjoyable stay, right on the sea front but quiet. Accommodation clean, modern and roomy. It was heatwave conditions when we were there and an AC unit would have been welcomed. However we did have a fan, which in normal conditions would have been adequate. Highly recommended."

"We were pleasantly surprised how lovely the studio was. It was very compact but cleverly designed so that there was everything that you needed. There was a slight problem with the parking on one occasion. Perhaps if the bushes were cut back and the lines made a bit clearer it would help. Also may be an idea to leave guest a permit to put in the car window to identify which apartments you are staying at. We did see on a couple of occasions people leaving their cars and then walking to the near...
