"From the very first moment to the very last, everything felt genuinely wonderful. We’re surrounded by Michelin starred spots at home, yet The Grosvenor’s food doesn’t just keep up…. it outshines so many of the places on our doorstep. Dinner was beautiful, breakfast was a delight, and the coffee was pure happiness in a cup. Every member of staff was warm and lovely, the bed felt like sinking into a hug, and all the little touches were so thoughtfully and beautifully done. My only complaint was...

They accommodated all our requests happily and efficiently and contributed significantly to our very pleasurable stay. The little 'perks' the hotel offers it's guests also contribute to the very positive view we have of the establishment."
