"Staff service was hit or miss. When I booked, Expedia notes sheet change, fresh towel, and house keeping is upon request. So when I arrived, I asked. Front desk person would not give me straight answer. She said ask the cleaning person (what???). I asked what if I don't catch the person. She said ask front desk. My husband asked for change of room because he didn't like the view from the room. She said rooms will be available tomorrow. I asked the next day. A different front desk...
