The staff at check in was very polite and professional but the lady in the morning must of had a bad night I called to ask if I could please have a 30 minute courtesy late check out for I was running a little late and she said definitely not. We are very busy right now. I cannot do this. She could’ve told me another form or sorry. Unfortunately we’re so busy ma’am but the way she went about it was very rude. Then this afternoon I get a call from From Days Inn and I thought I haven’t even complained. Maybe she realizes she was rude because my exit for my room I took a video to show that no one was even working. There were no carts like they were cleaning the rooms or anything and in my video I say she was very rude but no the call was to tell me that I was not getting my security deposit back because I had removed a smoke alarm from the closet or something. I told her ma’am I don’t even smoke. I just had knee surgery. There’s no way I don’t know where it was at. There’s no way I could’ve done that. I don’t know where it was when I walked in. I didn’t see anything and it’s a matter of fact I didn’t even use their closet. I didn’t iron. I didn’t do anything because I had no time I went over to my daughter’s to continue getting ready. I told her I wanted to speak with someone else and she said I would have to call back on Tuesday so no unfortunately my experience there was not very pleasant. I believe that staff member just might need a little training because I don’t believe any
