**Important Notice Before Booking: Please note that the lift in our building is currently undergoing an upgrade and is expected to be out of service until around end of July. During this time, guests will need to use the stairs to access the unit on the 3rd floor. We appreciate your understanding!
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.
