"We had a great time at this house in Seguin. Two families and three generations all enjoyed this place that had lots to offer for everyone. We love to play all sorts of games and this property (plus what we brought ourselves) provided endless opportunities to play over three days. Would definitely go back and recommend to others."

"This home was perfect for our cousin trip. The many bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchenettes gave everyone ample space to call their own. We loved having a guest house to use also. The private access to the river in our backyard made it super fun to spend the days and the huge fire pit was perfect for starry nights (and s'mores!). "

"Randy’s house was as advertised. A sprawling property with tons of amenities like a sports court, pool, cornhole boards, pool table, and more! The house was equipped with everything we needed - the towels and bedding were comfortable too. The water was really low, so we didn’t swim in the river, so it was really nice to have a pool to cool off in. "

"The house was large and there was plenty of room for our entire family (20). The grandkids enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed the pool. We had a minor issue and the host responded immediately and it was fixed within an hour. "

"We rented this location for our softball team, and it was definitely worth it. It was spacious with many rooms and plenty of space inside and outside to accommodate all of us. The kitchen area has two large tables to accommodate large parties comfortably and the A/C for this Texas weather was great. It’s an older, but comfortable house to accommodate your large parties and the location is not far from the highway and close to everything you need, but also far enough for quiet time to enjoy and...

"Nice quiet adventure in a shipping container ..which sounds like it's cramped but it was really roomy. Nice little alpaca tour where we learned about the alpacas. The host provided some really nice extra such as coffee creamer, pancake mix eggs how nice it was to have farm fresh eggs. Also some really nice alpaca made products. You can purchase there as well for a very nice price. Very reasonable in my opinion. You are also very close to other attractions such as going into San Antonio....

"Our family had a great stay. House is very clean, great backyard. Owner is great at getting back with answers before booking. Lots of room for a family. Great use of space. The community is very nice. Neighbors are kind. There are kids so your children would have someone to play with. Huge walk in shower in master. "
