"This is the best place I have ever stayed. Check-in and check-out were simple and Kathy made sure to ask if we needed anything. This really made my wife's birthday and our anniversary very special. It was like a home away from home with no stress. Very safe and quiet. Everything was spotless. Living room TV was huge and very clear. "We stayed here for a wedding at one of the local venues. This was even better than we imagined even with the pictures. It was beautiful inside; quiet, and private and we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was amazing. She was very responsive and we are already making plans to come back for another weekend when we can stay longer. I would absolutely rate this as 10 out of 10. We were very happy! "

"The upstairs unit had a generous deck with lovely views of the canal that goes out to the lake. A quick walk across the street and you can catch an incredible sunset! Inside the house we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. I highly recommend. "

"This property was charming and looked like the description. There were only 2 of us but I could see how it would work for a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen opens up to the living room and is fully stocked. The outside property is spacious and the fire pit was an added bonus. It's right outside of Hamilton, NY which is a cute town and host to Colgate University. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling through Upstate. It has a relaxing vibe and is a comfortable place to chill."
