"I wanted to take my grandsons (6, 8) overnight and this was just what I was looking for as a unique experience for them. Everything was as listed and beyond. The treehouse itself is remarkable. It's inviting, clean and the host has everything you could think of and more! The bonus for my animal loving grandsons was the friendly cat that wandered up and then Max, oh sweet Max and his kisses. This is definitely a must stay just to enjoy the peace and quiet of the outdoors."

"Easy access, would be nice in the summer. The kitchen was well equipped. Michelle answered out question very quickly."

"Unbelievable amenities. We did all things local. Rented a pontoon boat one day. Used the kayaks and rode bikes including two provided at the cottage. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and yard drinking coffee. Wonderful neighbors. This location is great for all the things we did. Highly recommend "

"One night here for a comedy show with girlfriends! It was perfect ! Next to a bar so we were worried but it closed at 10 and was never an issue! Had guys parked in driveway that were sitting outside cars drinking when we came home from show, but they left after we got back to house! Otherwise perfect "

"Needing to be close to the hospital we needed a house. This house served the purpose. It is a well loved house and you can tell it is used by the family also for their enjoyment. Communication was great as we had a couple of questions at check in.The living room was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was easy to use however missed serving dishes for any sit down meals. The view (no access) of the lake was nice but there are many power lines. The bedrooms were great for what we needed. ...

"We loved our stay! Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Easy check in/check out process. Great location to walk downtown or go to Ann Arbor. Loved the MidMod house and view of the river. You won’t be disappointed!"

"We stayed during our daughter’s graduation. Away from crowds and cute lake. Nice small grocery nearby. The cottage was comfortable for sleeping and relaxing. The only inconvenience we found was that it’s on well water and it’s quite rusty. We bought water for drinking and brushing teeth. We did shower, but our daughter who has very sensitive skin was a bit bothered by it. Just something to be aware of. Great host and very easy to communicate with. Would be a great place for summer, we were there...

"Really nice cabin! We took a gamble as it does not list AC (and it ended up being 90 degrees when we were there!) but luckily there was a small window AC that worked wonderfully to cool the whole cabin down, so don’t be concerned about a lack of central AC. My only critique it it had a mild smell of smoke however the cabin itself still gets 5 stars as I think the guest in the next attached cabin was smoking but that is not the fault of the property. No smoking is posted everywhere."

"Worked great for UMich graduation weekend stay. A little distance in and out of campus witj grad activities but worked fine. Appreciated the quiet neighborhood and helpful communication hosts. Would recommend to others who want good space with kitchen and laundry. Driveway entry is steep so just needed to be careful pulling in and/or plenty of space to park on the street. Enjoyed our stay."

"We there for college football game. This place worked great for us. We were a group of 6 adults. Convenient location and beautiful fall sites. We 3 swans swim in the canal in back."
