Apartment 'Ferienwohnung am Rosenberg' with Shared Garden, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Our holiday apartment features a large balcony (23 sqm) and a garden that can be used jointly—ideal for dogs and relaxing. The open, fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living and dining area with a pull-out sofa bed offer direct access to the balcony. The three bedrooms provide enough space for up to eight people; a baby cot can be added in two of the rooms. A baby cot can be provided upon request. Dogs are welcome and may be brought for an additional fee. For more than two dogs, please enquire. Linen packages are available: bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be requested directly from the host for a fee and booked on site. The tourist tax is also payable to the host on site. Fitness equipment and a barrel sauna are available and can be requested on site as needed; these services are available for an additional fee. The mentioned additional services are billed separately and must be paid before arrival.



Stockach is considered the gateway to Lake Constance. From here, you can quickly reach the most beautiful towns on the lake, including Radolfzell, Überlingen, Konstanz, Meersburg, and Ludwigshafen. Lake Constance connects three countries—Germany, Switzerland, and Austria—all of which can be reached within an hour by car or by boat. The motorway connection is excellent: only 1 km to the A98 (Stockach – Singen), from there directly to the A81 (Singen – Stuttgart), and about 50 km to the A96 (Lindau – Munich).
