Hotéis em Stirchley e Brookside, ENG

"Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and well presented even a lovely note was left from the cleaning staff and a welcoming message before arrival was a nice touch. The only thing I could fault is a broken light in our room and if u compare it with a premier inn the bed is much smaller and there is no bath, however it is definitely more modern."

"My shower leaked so bathroom floor was wet all the time. There was mould in the shower .no Fridge. There was litter left in one corner of the room . Breakfast was pretty underwhelming but well staffed and managed. The bed was awful , lumpy and uncomfortable. Ill not be staying here again . It was cheap and I know why. "Clean functional rooms. Neat snack bar and bar in communal area with okay coffee. Excellent breakfast and good value. Quiet rural location."

"Ideal location for a family visit & made our dog feel very welcome! Everywhere was beautifully decorated & the staff were very welcoming! Breakfast was amazing & we would definitely stay there again !! Well done to the Sutherland xx"

"Basically you get what you pay for. This is a cheap option in a great location for climbing the Wrekin. The hotel is quite dated, the tv in the room was tricky to operate and the room was noisy (what sounded like a tumble dryer throughout the night). But it was clean and offered value for money."

"Lovely hotel room was clean, breakfast was excellent, evening meal was excellent too, great location"

"Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent."

"It was an ok visit but we wouldn't go back - just wasn't an inviting experience - and no dinner served on Monday meant we had to go out"

"A wonderful hotel, everything was super nice, the room, (given a upgrade), the food outstanding, and the friendliest you could have ever meet. Definitely will book when next in the area."

"Door was already unlocked when we arrived 28th Oct even though key was in secure unit which seemed a bit strange considering the place is shut on a Wednesday. Main light didn't work only table lamp."

"Nice hotel based on the price."

"Efficient and friendly staff, clean rooms with all the facilities you need. Evening meal and service was excellent couldn’t fault my stay would definitely recommend."
