"We had a great two-night stay in this home with our family of five! The location was perfect for our needs, conveniently close to everything we wanted to do. The house was well-equipped and easy to find, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a nice touch to have a fan in the room, which made the stay extra comfortable.Overall, the home was clean, though there were a few small things left behind by previous guests. "The accomodations were perfect for our trip. We attended a "Rangers" game at Kaufman Stadium. Visited The Legends. And ate at Garozzo's Italian restaurant - walking distance from the house. Our hosts were very kind and acknowledged my Birthday with a Birthday card. We look forward to staying again. "

"Check in was super easy with coded access to the property. The location is amazing as it is close to many amenities but feels like you’re in a neighborhood. Love the big fridge, ice maker and filtered cold water pitcher in the fridge. Super comfortable beds. Generous amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper. Host was very responsive with anything that came up. Highly recommend. "

"Quick visit to KC and this was a great place to stay with so much to do within walking distance or a quick ride. If I had any questions the response time was in minutes and if I visit KC again I would look at booking here."

"Our family had a great time at this property! We had a few things come up but the property manager was very quick to respond and resolve our issues. Really neat layout that allowed for separate gathering areas yet all feels connected. The pool table and arcade game were a nice bonus and got a lot of use. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Garden Cottage! We were there for 3 days while in Kansas City for business and it was the perfect place to unwind after many business meetings. The surrounding countryside is really peaceful and the gardens area is pretty. The pond is a nice place to sit too. All the appliances worked well, it was clean, and the owner was great at getting back to you quickly if you had a question. We had the farm fresh eggs and they were fantastic. If we come...

"I needed an Airb&b close to the working dog competion that we were participating in. It is a great venue with plenty of room to walk and exercise my dog. I loved the horses, chickens, ducks and especially the fresh eggs. Great service as well."

"Ryan & Mel were fantastic managers. Good communicators, helpful, & very professional. The house was ABSOLUTELY spotlessly clean. Everything you could imagine is provided. The house is comfortable, cozy & conveniently located. And the nearby traintracks was not an issue at all. It's a no horn zone & I actually found the clacking on the rails quite soothing & looked forward to the next passing train. And I could go on & on about the comfortable bed. Oh my!
