"We had a terrific week on Beech Hill Pond! This is our 2nd year working with Josh and he makes the whole process (from booking to check-out) so smooth and easy. The property location is perfect that is gave us privacy but direct access to the lake and easy trips to Ellsworth for dinners and Bar Harbor for the day. We had everything we need as far as amenities and use water sports equipment. We rented a pontoon and tube from Lakeside Rental and thoroughly enjoyed every moment on the lake. ...

"Excellent location and a very well equipped rental. Beds are super comfy and supportive. Having a little back yard for our pooch was a plus. The weather in Bangor was very hot while there and the AC provided a perfect temperature for the house. We were there for a medical procedure and having a 2 minute drive to Northern Lights Hospital was a huge plus. All in all a very positive experience!"

"We spent way more time at the house than we thought we would during the day, skipping planned hikes to paddle board, play games, soak, and sauna. It was a very comfortable spot that accommodated all 3 generations of our family well. We were able to cook all of our food during the time we were there, the kitchen had any tool you might need. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and seem to genuinely love the house and area. "

"Our stay at the James House was very relaxing. We had 3 generations and comfortably housed 7 of us. The layout was great, the kitchen was well stocked and the fishing on Chemo Lake was unmatched. "Great stay! The host was great and gave us detailed instructions so it was easy to find the parking and the entrance. The entire building was nice and the room was modern and clean. The location was right in the middle of everything. A lot of little unique shops and good restaurants. If you’re visiting for a concert it’s a short and simple 1 mile walk with sidewalks to the venue. Highly recommend. "

"A quaint and clean stay. Mattress were all comfortable but we didn’t sleep in the daybed. There were two cold air conditioners in the upstairs bedrooms. The bathroom was clean and updated but on the main floor. It was not a problem for us but it could be helpful to know-f it was in the listing, I missed it. We made a stop on our way at the grocery and found everything we needed to prepare our meals, in the kitchen. Grill was in good shape. Washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheets...
