"We chose the Cimarron because of the quality, cleanliness and service the property is known for. Friday before check in, a family we're with received a call their room needed to be changed due to flooding. They were offered 2 king rooms, they declined because they're traveling with kids, so they stayed in the President's Suite. At no point was I contacted that there was an issue, so I assumed our room was not affected. Upon checking in, Brandon (manager) told me of the flooding, that no rooms...

"Very friendly staff, and interesting beautiful property. It was exceptionally hot when I was staying. Would have been more enjoyable in cooler temps. For the safe lovely environment it was priced very competitively. I would definitely recommend!"

"The staff at check in and check out were very helpful and friendly. There were a number of issues with the room, which I told them staff about on checking out. A compensation was that my bill was reduced. Other then the little issues in the room the location was great and then bed was comfortable."
