We were able to book a late checkout at no extra cost which made our stay even better. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay again when we visit York. "

"I had such a wonderful experience. The room was very nicely decorated and top of the line. Everything was beautiful, clean, lots of amenities. I had a small accident and broke my foot, the hosts were so helpful and really went out of their way. Everything I needed was there and it was easily accessible to the city center. I cant wait to return. Top boutique hotel I've ever stayed at. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I'm so glad I booked here! "

Dois dias antes de irmos para o hotel recebi um e-mail para confirmar nosso horário de chegada, já que chegaríamos em um fim de semana e a recepção funciona só até as 14h (informação que já estava descrita na página do hotel na Hoteis.com e por isso nos organizamos sem problemas com relação a isso). Todas as funcionárias que encontramos foram simpáticas e nos ajudaram com qualquer dúvida que tivemos. A desvantagem é que por ser uma casa Vitoriana,...

"Room was clean and very spacious, a lot more than we expected. But single bed was no good as the platform was smaller than the bed frame and the mattress sank to one side. After some manoeuvring we managed to fit it in. Apart from that, it was good value for money and I would certainly stay there again"
