"Lugar incrivel! Excelente localização e qualidade"

"Don’t try to sleep in past 8 am. Apparently it’s completely acceptable for staff to come bang on your hotel room several hours before check out and then just let themselves in. No explanation or anything. Even had the do not disturb sign on the door. I reported the incident to the hotel and got 0 response. We checked out and won’t be back after the uneasy experience."

"This was a beautiful hotel. We did not realize until too late that check-in times were limited. And we really missed having a fridge in our room. The manager did let us use the fridge in the upstairs lounge but that was shared with another group of people."

"A cama do quarto estava suja…bem nojento"

"Front desk staff was very helpful in answering question about the property and surrounding area!"

"Good hotel good plane , near the arch"

"The hotel is nice, but I booked it specifically for the rooftop, heated, year-round pool. We didn't use the other amenities and would have stayed somewhere less expensive had we known about the pool, which is advertised front and center on the first page of their ad....

"The hotel's facilities are good, but breakfast was not the continental offering I'd expect from a Westin. Service badly undermined my stay. Check-in was poor and the front desk seemed unprepared. I arrived from Chicago with several bags and no one offered help. Reception couldn't find my reservation — my name has five words and had been merged incorrectly in their system. Instead of searching further, the agent told me to rebook; I did via Expedia (non-refundable). I asked him to keep trying, as...
