"I gave this five stars because overall, the property was great and peaceful and the right price for what it offered. The view out to the ocean is spectacular and the location was exactly what we needed. With that said, a few frustrating things that are good to know before you go (or book this property at all): -- the bunk bed is very high and it doesn't have a guard rail or a ladder. "Great home, immaculately clean, great layout w/ lots of space and cozy furniture. Well stocked and maintained. Home is older and shows some wear (scuffed floor, sliding patio doors hard to open, some visible water staining on windows, etc). However, none of the cosmetic issues affect the comfort of the stay. Location is also amazing, oceanside trail right out of the back door. Beautiful ocean view from most windows and balcony.. I would definitely stay at this property again. "

"This was our third stay at this place of splendor. We had a fabulous relaxing retreat. Brian’s home is decorated impeccably and has all of the comforts of a home. The kitchen is well equipped. He maintains the home well. We saw three whales and some seals on this visit. We can’t wait to return to Indigo Tide next year. "

"A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a very quiet neighborhood. I particularly loved being able to see the starry night sky and early-morning wildlife while lying in bed. Very well equipped kitchen with a filtered-water tap and abundant supplies of everything (except light bulbs). Put a Sea Ranch visitor pass on your dash and take Vantage Rd for easy coastal trail access. Only 4 miles to Gualala restaurants, groceries, and kayaking."
