"The property is clean it has a lovely view. We will stay again when the weather is nicer. The only complaint I have, it is not really a complaint, but the front door does not close properly, but maybe due to all the rain/moisture. But we loved it here"

"My husband and I stayed for three nights and were very impressed with the little A-frame. First, it’s really in a great location and close to everything we wanted to do… hikes, restaurants and little shops.The cabin was clean and nicely decorated. Love all the amenities inside and out. The hot tub was a nice treat especially after a long hike. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"Great place, clean and well equipped. Close enough to everything and really pretty views."

"We originally booked for 3 nights, but loved it so much we extended our stay 2 extra nights. Host was flexible in working with us to negotiate pricing for the extra time. Very responsive, friendly and helpful! Perfect cozy cabin for our family of 5. Cleanliness could’ve been better but nothing major. Microwave handle was broken and legs on the couch were too, didn’t stop our family from having a great time though! Would 100% stay again! "

"We booked this property for the 2 king bedrooms and the convenient location in Wilmington. Highlights include short walk to a great fishing spot, hot tub evenings with mountain breezes, washing machine and kind host proximity to Whitefacs Mtn/Memorial Hwy, Flume Falls, High Falls Gorge, Hungry Trout and Lake Placid. Some things to note for summer travelers - the AC is a small unit in kitchen that does not reach the bedrooms so you will need to rely on opening windows and running fans to cool...

"Our book club recently stayed here for our Readers Retreat. It was the perfect setting for our group to relax, read, and unwind in a beautiful setting, immaculate home with such care to details and decor. The hot tub was also a highlight of this property and we were very close to town and spas for additional outings. Five stars from the Between The Wine Book Club! "

"This isn't a luxury room in the sense of being new/updated with a lot of space. The main area is dated, but it has everything you need and an updated bath area and it's a great location if you are in Wilmington for something. We were there for the Whiteface uphill bike race. Meg seemed available to help although we didn't need anything."

"This was the perfect cozy cabin for our winter vacation. It is perfect if you love a private peaceful scene in the woods. About 30 minutes from towns. Very comfortable, and the Mary is incredibly responsive and helpful. We went to towns, ice fishing on the private lake, had ourselves a day catching so many perch, and relaxed by the fire inside. Highly recommend if you like the quietness of the woods and being outdoors as lots of trails and hikes to do as well!"

"Two suites that are perfect for two families staying together. The kitchen was nicely furnished. Had a beautiful view and a short walk to a Dam. The place is attached to a restaurant, but wasn't noticeable during our stay. The suites were very clean. The Host was also very understanding and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Great place to stay! Quick drive to Lake Placid and Whiteface and all activities. Beautiful covered bridge nearby. Really nicely appointed house. Had absolutely everything we needed kitchen bathroom wise etc and was in great condition. "

"We had a wonderful time, the place was just as described. Communication with management was excellent, responds was immediate. Early checkin was greatly appreciated It was the perfect, relaxing vacation we had hoped for! Thank you :)"

"Very peaceful and tranquil property. Minutes from whiteface mountain and you get to take in all the snowy views. We were lucky enough to have a snowstorm the night we stayed and it was a winter wonderland. The amenities were great and Steve was very responsive. "
