Welcome to our beautiful house in Stevenage. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The kitchen has a fridgefreezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, and a microwave. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer also available - all amenities fully functional!

The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. WiFi passcode by the TV for ease. The heating control is enroute upstairs to your right, toggle up and down to control temperature - please do not remove or move control from location.


This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 9/10.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double/large bed.
The third and fourth bedrooms contains double beds.
For extra, there is a pull out sofabed in the living space.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom upstairs has a toilet and sink and a bath.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Late checkout charge of £60 to cover cleaning if between 1-2 hours), if still in property by 2:30 - 3pm - full single night charge will apply.

- No Smoking or parties allowed - you will be asked to leave after warning. No noise or antisocial behaviours especially after 10pm, due to residential area restrictions.

- There are free parking spaces available at the property.

- Please be mindful of our neighbours - don’t block neighbours cars in with yours and please do move if you have blocked someone else’s in when politely asked to.

- Please note, no visitor to the premises overnight who was not booked and paid for. Home to house registered guests only!

- Well behaved dogs welcomed, no dogs upstairs, in the downstairs bedroom or on the sofas please, thank you.

- Except for booking from Airbnb guests who have separate cover, there is a requirement for security deposit of £200 for bookings for insurance purposes.

- Please don't go into the loft, as if you do and there is features of any tampering with the boiler, you will be billed ( I had a guest go into the loft!).

For your information.

Recycling and collection is every Thursday if you are in for a while. Alternating Thursdays for ( general waste) and next Thursday is recycling.

Glass i.e. bottles - goes in the red container

Plastic and metals - goes into the black box

Paper, cardboards - goes into the blue box

General waste - goes into the black bin/ wheely bin outside.

Garden waste - brown bin.
