"Condo was comfortable in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to restaurants, stores and major highways. Listing says it has a dishwasher but it wasn’t working & wasn’t told it was out of order. Several light bulbs weren’t working so interior was somewhat dark. If you plan to use the grill you need to bring grill utensils and cleaning utensils, Be prepared to walk at least 200 yards to reach your vehicle because unmarked parking spaces are at a premium. "

"We really enjoyed this apartment. It is very well located, close to Dupont Circle and the Metro there, restaurants, grocery stores and a CVS drugstore. It is also close to the Phillips Collection, which we love. The kitchen was quite well stocked, with all the cookware and dishes we needed and even oil, vinegar and some spices in the pantry. A good washer and dryer are right outside the front door of the apartment (in a closet) , with a cleaners downstairs if you are not inclined to do your own...
