Spacious holiday home with water view

This spacious and energy-efficient holiday home with a wood-fired hot tub is situated in an elevated rural setting, offering views of the Limfjord from both sides of the house. On the large plot surrounding the house, it is possible to pitch a tent. A small path leads the short way to a lovely bathing beach with excellent fishing opportunities.



This former country property is suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years old. The holiday home is 220 m² and was built in 1922. It was renovated in 2001 and underwent extensive modernisation in 2021. Pets are not allowed. There is underfloor heating beneath all tiled floors. The holiday home is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Freezer capacity is 380 litres. The house is primarily heated by a Scotte wood pellet boiler. In addition, there are 2 wood-burning stoves. A high chair is available for the youngest guests.



There are a total of 5 bedrooms. The sleeping accommodation is divided into: 6 sleeping places in double beds and 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. Furthermore, 1 cot (0-3 years) is available.



Indoor darts and table football are available.



The house has 2 refrigerators. The kitchen is equipped with 4 ceramic hob plates, a fan-assisted oven, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.



There are 2 bathrooms with shower cubicles and 2 toilets.



Guests can relax in the indoor spa for 2 persons. There is also an outdoor wood-fired hot tub for up to 6 persons.



The holiday home has 1 TV with internet TV and satellite channels. There is 1 Chromecast. Access to 1-3 Danish channels and at least 4 German channels is available. Wireless internet is provided. There is also 1 Bluetooth speaker.



The holiday home is situated on a 15,000 m² natural plot with access to 115 m² of open terrace area, divided between 3 terraces, making it possible to find a sheltered spot at any time. The fjord is 250 m away. The nearest shop is located 4,000 m from the property. A golf course is situated 20,000 m away. A storage room is available where you will find a charcoal barbecue, a hose reel for filling the hot tub with water, extra garden chairs, a selection of outdoor games and an extension leaf for one of the garden tables.



There is a large football pitch with 2 goals (2 x 3 m).



In the same area as the hot tub, there is a fire pit with tree-stump stools around a concrete table.



An EV charging point with an 11 kW charging capacity is installed.



The house has 2 entrances, as there are 2 large parking areas. There is a large parking area in front of the house, while an even larger parking area is located behind the house, as the property previously offered motorhome parking. Guests arriving by motorhome can still empty toilet waste and grey water on site.
