"The breakfast staff was very friendly and always available to refill whatever needed to be filled. The room itself looked old and dingy, really used and abused, stained chairs, horrible pillows. We booked this particular hotel because we wanted to have the option to have an indoor pool. I called beforehand and asked about the condition of the pool and if if it was open. I was assured that it was. When we got to the Hotel and wanted to use the pool, we were told that the poolPool was closed...

"Had something wrong between Expedia and the hotel regarding payment. Made me stand in front of counter for 30 minutes while hotel talked to Expedia to get it straightened out. Than took 10 minutes more to get my key card. Than they put me in room 216 which had ac units for hotel Right outside the window. Slept very poorly due to noice"

"The room was really clean, a little cozy but nice. We were able to open the window and listen to the birds. We watched the sun set in the huge hot tub whirlpool. Great place to stay for a great price! Breakfast was good. Two different juices, coffee, milk and water. Bagels, biscuits and gravy, cereal and a waffle maker. Would definitely stay here again. "We stay at country Inn and suites all over United States and this one was not up to the country Inn and suite standards that we are used to not as well maintain not as clean not as well staffed asked for handicapped room did not get one we were able to make it work, but it was not what we wanted We booked out well in advance like six weeks just saying we are a little disappointed in this one."
