"Hotel Concordia is excellent — very beautiful and perfectly located, with many options around. The hotel’s restaurant is wonderful and was often full, which makes sense since it’s also open to the public. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was also very good, and we had a truly amazing night’s sleep. The experience is absolutely worth it. "

"The property itself is nice and confortable but the service was really bad. The owner didn’t let us drink our wine in any part of hotel common areas and refused to borrow a bottle opener and glasses for us to drink in our room unless we bought in the hotel bar. If you want to use the frigobar you need to pay 1 euro per day. They want to charge for every single item that a four stars hotel should provide. Also at the check in they’ve hold our passport for a long time with no reason and just gave back hours later after we asked for it. "
