Come lay by the pool after a long hot day on the water or let the kids get up for an early swim during their summer vacation. The house is set up perfectly and will easily accommodate up to 9 people. The home is tastefully decorated with a coastal theme and all new furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials plus outdoor weber charcoal grill and weber gas grill for that summer time BBQ’s The dining area will seat up to 7 people plus kitchen has small bar with additional space for 2 more. The bedrooms are well appointed with everything you need. The master bedroom has a cozy king bed and smart tv. Guest room number one has queen bed and walk in closet. The second guest room is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunk beds, with one on bottom that is full size the other 3 are twins. The living room has new leather reclining sofa and love seat smart tv and real wood burning fireplace. Enjoy having a full size washer and dryer, screened in back porch with additional table and 6 chairs for dining outdoors and a 2 piece outdoor sofa set and smart tv. Plenty of parking with circular gravel drive and a carport. Quail run is located near the old Dollar General store right off Highway 51 and just s short drive to the home from the entrance. Very private and quiet area. We are sure you will love this home and everything it has to offer.
