Charming home located in the Steinhatchee Landing Resort with plenty of room to bring the lots of family & friends. The resort offers something for everyone. Enjoy a dip in the pool, soak in the hot tub or relax in the sauna after a long day or never miss a work out in the community gym. Looking for a fun place to bring this kids and get them outside and fully entertained the resort offers several things for them to do as well. Our community playground is visible from the front porch of the house, a petting zoo is just a short walk from the house along with our community docks where they can do some fishing, look for the manatees that travel up river or see if they can spot one of the many certain Tarpons that come to visit at certain times of the year. Don't forget the camera to capture all the lasting memories you will make here at the Landing. The resort is located on the Steinhatchee River which will guide you straight out to the Gulf of Mexico and offers the guests a place to tie up the boat overnight at no extra charge, a place to filet your daily catch or to shuck your limit of of fresh scallops.
Our community pavilion is located rear the river & petting zoo it offers some games for the kids, picnic tables for outdoor gatherings or nice picnic lunch. Additional recreational activities that the resort offers are tennis, basketball and volley ball courts, kayak launch area, archery and shuffle boards. We invite you to be one of our guests and enjoy a place that was designed for nature lovers and salt water enthusiasts.

We are a golf cart friendly community and offer recommendations for golf cart rentals if you don't have one of your own.

You want this place if it fits. Was perfect for us. Clean and everything worked! Amy was great to work with when I had questions. Cant go wrong with this place.

This is our 3rd year enjoying this home. This was the cleanest the home has been. Improvements are also underway that the property manager communicated ahead of time. While the house could use a new couch and the bed upstairs has been replaced with a not great bed it is still comfortable and a favorite for our family.

My family has a reunion in Steinhatchee every year. We have done this for 28 years. We have stayed in Anchor Hill for 5 or 6 times. It is a great house. The furniture could use updating, but you cannot go wrong with this house. The owner is great to work with.

This property was in a great community. Was very safe for the teens to walk around on their own and even walked down for ice cream. Plenty of individual beds (which is hard to find for a large group). Kitchen was WELL stocked. Needed to buy a broom to clean the floors, but everything was awesome and we will stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home in Steinhatchee Landing Resort. Our grandsons enjoyed learning to play pool and had a fantastic time riding their bikes all around the resort. The home as large and had lots of room for a large family. My 7 yr. old grandson loved the large master bathroom. He said, ā€œthey could wash a rhinoceros in that showerā€. We would definitely stay her again!
