Your vacation with Emmi—the old wooden warehouse of the “old lumberyard” is now a light-filled vacation apartment on the upper floor, featuring high ceilings, a large kitchen, two bedrooms, and a wonderful view of the forest, meadows, and the Baltic Sea. You have direct access to a terrace, and the Baltic Sea with its natural beach is just a few meters away.

The apartment is ideal for families and small groups looking for peace and nature.

The Accommodation
The vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms (each with a box bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 and blackout curtains).
The entire vacation rental is equipped with underfloor heating and a smart TV.

Since we and our neighbors greatly enjoy the peace and quiet in Steinberghaff and would like to offer this to all our guests, we ask that you observe the house rules (in particular, no parties and quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM).

Additional important information
- As a general rule, you must bring your own bed linens, pillowcases, fitted sheets, and towels.
- However, you have the option to book a linen package for an additional 20€ per person. This includes the necessary bed linens, one hand towel, and one bath towel.
- The costs for final cleaning, bed linens, and towels are passed on in full to our local service provider.
