Beautiful paintings add that certain something to this new, non-smoking property, which is particularly cosy thanks to underfloor heating. The bedroom, children's room with bunk beds, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and, last but not least, the 26 m² living room with modern open-plan kitchen create a feel-good holiday environment thanks to well-coordinated colours and lighting. There is also a dishwasher, plenty of kitchen equipment, a sound stereo system, satellite TV and a flat-rate telephone. In the middle of the Thuringian Forest, not far from Oberhof in a small village, you also have the right outdoor area with wooded surroundings, rural idyll and your own beautiful terrace for a peaceful, nature-loving holiday.
Detached two-family house with separate outdoor areas and entrances, the holiday flat faces the sunny side of the valley. Close to the forest on the edge of the village and in a very quiet location. All destinations in the Thuringian Forest are easy to reach by car. About 1 km outside the village there is a ski lift (descent approx. 700 m), well signposted hiking trails and in winter also groomed cross-country ski trails with connections to the Rennsteig and Oberhof (10 km through the forest)
Each room in the holiday flat has individually adjustable underfloor heating. Even in winter at minus 25 degrees or in cool summer times it is guaranteed to be cosy and warm.
