"Room was spacious and clean. Central location close to restaurants and the beach. All walkable and felt safe walking around. Property was very dated, workout room was tight and cramped with 3 cardio machines in there. Small indoor pool, good for kids. When I arrived around 8-9pm, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait around for 10 minutes or so before someone finally showed up. There were a few times that I went down to the lobby when I needed to buy a water or came in after dinner...

"Great location. On the harbor and downtown area. Manager was very attentive to our needs. Breakfast bar was very well stocked. Will stay there again."

"The staff was very friendly. Our room had some grimey stuff on the cabinet of the fridge that was very sticky. There were crumbs and stuff in the corners by the bed. A lot of light was coming through the door frame. And there were holes in the blackout curtain. Room smelled slightly of smoke. Bed was one the most comfortable beds I have slept on. Not bad, but needs some improvements."

"Breakfast of good, room was lacking supplies, no soap. Hallways and elevator were rundown . Lots of misses overall."

"Had a lake view but it was blocked by construction equipment. There is a lot of construction taking place on the property. "

"Parking lot is ample but a little rough looking. Landscaping could use some love to improve first impression. Lobby is fine but beware that any activity there (like a soccer team party) is easily heard in the first few rooms off the lobby, especially on the 2nd floor. Check in was smooth and staff pleasant. Room was reasonably clean and comfortable but blinds were broken, chair was splattered in paint and bedside lamp was missing a bulb and non-functional. Can’t report on pool or breakfast but...
