Our comfortable and cozy apartment on the upper floor offers 62 square meters of living space plenty of space for 2 people. The living area has a comfortable sitting area, a dining table with 4 upholstered chairs and a small "chill-out corner" with an electric wall-mounted fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player and a small stereo. From the living area you have access to a spacious south-west facing balcony. Here you can end an eventful day. In addition to the equipment with a sofa and a couch with umbrella you will also find an electric grill. The kitchen offers a dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee and espresso machine, kettle, toaster and egg cooker. The bedroom has a box spring bed, a small desk and of course enough closet space. The shower in the spacious bathroom has a low entry. Additional bathroom amenities include hair dryer and washing machine.
Additional costs, final cleaning and initial supply of bed linen and towels are included in the price. The apartment has a separate entrance. A parking space is available, as well as free Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located in a quiet location, about 3 km from the center of Esen and about 6 km from the North Sea spa Bensersiel. In the immediate vicinity you will find cycling and hiking trails, a beautiful forest area with walking paths and trim trail.
A restaurant with a variety of dining options is in the immediate vicinity. Shops are available in about 1km away.
