The dining area includes a dining space with seating for four and a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials needed for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. Though our condo has an older charm, you'll find everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.



The two bedrooms offer a serene retreat after a day of adventure. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed. The shared bathroom is equipped with all the necessities for a relaxing stay.

Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is listed on your reservation. This is a non-negotiable city requirement.



-Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This means all noise, including outdoor conversations that must remain at a considerate level.



-Smoking: This is a non-smoking property, which includes vaping and marijuana within 100 feet from the building.



-Exterior Cameras: Exterior cameras are in place for the security of the property and building. Interior spaces are fully private and cameras are reviewed only if an issue is reported.



-City Compliance: This property operates under a Steamboat Springs short-term rental license. Violations of occupancy or noise rules are reportable to the city and taken seriously by both us and local code enforcement.

Other Things to Note:

There is a camera on-site facing the outdoor patio for snow monitoring. Our HOA requires snow to be shoveled off within 24 hours and we will reach out to guests to assist with this during their stay.



The fireplace is only available during ski season months; Amenities are controlled by the HOA and we cannot guarantee their availability during your stay.
