We require only 20% of rent and taxes to guarantee a booking. Balance is due 90 days before the stay begins.
When you arrive at Emerald Lodge’s exclusive location at the base of the mountain, you will know that you chose wisely. On entering the home, you will be awed by warm mountain peaceful feel.
Why stay here? In a few words, peace, You could choose a property downtown - but you would unlikely be within walking distance of the Gondola, restaurants and shops right at the base of the mountain that are only a short 5 minute walk.
Inside the bright, open 2,200 square-foot home you will find a layout centered on an expansive living room, which opens to an inviting deck that can hold a large group. Gather outside to watch the kids swim below in one of nine swimming pools or just relax while grilling up dinner.
Emerald Lodge is also perfect for five couples, each having bedroom with private bathrooms, majority of them with ensuites. Two families with children works equally well, both families having their own "wing".
The house is centered on the large great room, that also opens to the kitchen and dining room making it great for entertaining. Sleeping accommodations are divided into two wings, one on each side of the property, one with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the other with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The house sleeps up to 12-14 adults in the bedrooms.

One King master; ensuite with double granite vanity, jetted tub, separate shower and toilet.
Bunk bedroom that contains 2 bunk beds: 1 bunk that has a full over full and 1 bunk that has a twin over twin It has a detached full bathroom with a shower and vanity.
Right side:
King master; small private deck with sitting table, ensuite with double granite vanity, toilet and shower, as well as a large closet.
Queen with detached private bathroom with tub and shower combo as well as vanity and toilet.
King with ensuite private bathroom with tub and shower combo as well as vanity and toilet.
The parking garage provides a heated parking spot after a long travel through the weather to help melt the snow off the vehicle. There are also 3 additional guest spots in the garage as well that are a first come first serve basis available for guests with additional vehicles. After garage parking there is also additional parking directly across the street from the property at the main lobby building that provides covered and uncovered parking.
Also included is a ski locker for all your ski needs on the first floor so there’s no hassle in lugging all of the ski gear up the elevator.
