After a day on the mountain, relax by the gas fireplace in the large living area of your comfortable family-friendly condo or marvel at the views of the base of the ski area and the pool from your private balcony. This inviting abode features a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, four TVs, a DVD player, free WiFi, and a stereo for your enjoyment. Boredom doesn't stand a chance here. There is also a private washer and dryer (detergent provided) for your convenience. The main suite features a king bed and an attached main bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds (can be converted to a king bed upon request). The den (with a door for added privacy) has a queen bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Guests enjoy an outdoor heated pool, four outdoor hot tubs, two indoor hot tubs, a sauna, fitness room, ski lockers, and on-call shuttle services to take guests to shopping, dining, and other local activities. Torian Plum also has the fastest resort-wide WiFi in Steamboat Springs! Youth Sports notice: The Torian Plum is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property.

The Torian Plum Condominiums are located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.
The two twin beds can be converted into a king bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
