This Ridgecrest 3 bedroom plus loft condo is a great place to stay in any season. When you stay here, you'll enjoy fantastic views from a unit that has updated finishes and nice furnishings in every room. This condo has 3 bedrooms plus a loft and two living areas. There are 2 King beds, a Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds. The Kings and Queens are in the bedrooms, making them ideal for up to 3 couples. The 2 Twins are in the upper level living room / loft area. This daybed with a trundle doubles as a couch which faces a wall mounted TV, so this room give groups with singles or kids some added flexibility for lounging as well as sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped and then some, with additional items like the blender and crock pot for your convenience. The development has a common area with a pool table, a large outdoor hot tub, a gas BBQ grill, as well as restrooms and laundry facilities. If you're not convinced yet please read on for more information.

One of the best features of this condo is the views. When you stay here, you'll really appreciate where you are. Facing the ski area and southern Yampa Valley, the beauty of your surroundings will smack you in the face over and over! You'll want to relax in the living room or on the balcony with your morning coffee or apres ski beverage, and take in these gorgeous views! The main level of this condo includes 2 of the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, dining, and living room, as well as that balcony. Upstairs is the loft style second living room, the third bedroom and bathroom.

Stainless steel appliances are featured in the kitchen where there is also a dining table for 6. The kitchen also boasts granite counters, slate tile floors, and beautiful cabinets. You'll have everything you need to cook up a great meal, and then some. What is better than coming home from a day on the slopes to a big pot of chili or beef stew? Easy and delicious! Right next to the kitchen are two cozy chairs where you can sit back and warm yourself in front of the fire. This is an ideal spot to read a book, or to remove those ski boots and relive your day on the slopes! The living room has a comfy couch and HDTV. From this couch, you can enjoy the warmth of the fire, the HDTV, and a view of the slopes all at once. The bedrooms all have a good size and style. There are 2 master suites, each with a King bed and full ensuite bathroom. One of the King master bedrooms is upstairs, next to the loft living room, which makes the upper level a really nice suite of its own. The main level King master has vaulted ceilings and fabulous views. You might have to flip a coin to decide which you prefer. The third bedroom is also on the main level. It has a Queen bed, vaulted ceilings, great views, and a dedicated full bathroom right across the hall. This property also has free WiFi and a reserved covered parking spot for your use.

The Ridgecrest condos are located right above Ski Time Square and Gondola Square. Some guests might consider walking down to the base area in the summer. The elevation which gives this condo such spectacular views over and across the base area also means that you're walking downhill to the base area, but more importantly, uphill coming home. So, you might walk down and then hire an Uber, Lyft, or the local Go Alpine taxi for the way home. For guests without a car, these options represent an affordable "pay for what you use" option, which can be so much better than paying for high price lodging with a "free" private shuttle service. The walk to and from the base area includes sections without a sidewalk, and a short section which is pretty steep, so we do not recommend making this walk in the winter, if you have kids, if you're not in very good physical condition, when it is icy, or if you have a car. The Steamboat Ski Resort has free parking at the Meadow and Knoll lots, both of which are very convenient to this property and the Gondola.

This condo has good quality, fantastic views, nice amenities, plenty of space, and a price that leaves room for dining, activities, and adventures. This home has a “High Occupancy Fee” of $10 per person per night for each guest over the standard occupancy of 6 people. Please call or inquire with any questions or to discuss pricing for your dates. Our vacation rental specialists are available 7 days a week to help with your booking.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. We had a wonderful stay at this mountain condo! The place was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were absolutely stunning — the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Management was fantastic to work with — very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location if you’re looking to ski in Steamboat. We were there in September and it was surprisingly warm for a mountain town, but the property had air conditioning units in each room to keep things comfortable. The covered designated parking space was a bonus.

Beautiful views, comfortable beds, excellent location. Check in process was very easy. All bedrooms had box fans and portable AC units, keeping temperatures very comfortable. The main seating area was relatively small but it was fine for our party of 3. There is another living area in the loft. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and we especially appreciated 3 bathrooms in this unit. Note that if you park in the reserved space under the building, you will have 3 flights of stairs to get to this unit. Thank you to the owners and operators for allowing us to stay here!

Nice Unit, Decent Location

We walked to the mountain from this unit on our ski trip, it was a tough walk back uphill but very do able. The first words on this listing were hot tub, but the hot tub wasn’t working properly while we were here, which was a huge disappointment after skiing everyday. Overall, this is a good place for a ski trip and if there was a shuttle line and a working hot tub, it would be perfect.

Winter Vacay

We, my family and friends, had an excellent time staying at the Condo. It had amazing views from all the windows. We enjoyed watching the ski lifts late in the evening with all the Christmas lights strung among the trees around the town square. The only downfall to the condo is that the local buses do not service the mountain where a good number of condos are located. The walk down the mountain (hill) is very doable but definitely challenging on the return back up the mountain. Uber can be very costly if you do not have your own transportation. I would recommend that the condos up the mountain to rally together to have the local free transit buses service the area. Other than transportation, I would recommend this unit to everyone. We plan to return to the same unit next year for our Steamboat Springs winter vacay!! The host was very accommodating to our needs and questions. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Steamboat Springs!!

Fantastic Spot

We've stayed at 15-20 rental locations across various CO mtn. towns over the past 3-4 yrs, being that we live in the Front Range. This location is by far and wide one of our favorites (top 2). Our stay was in the summer (mid-July). The village and local area were super chill. DH biking and hiking easily accessible and awesome. Town was as expected to be .... busy anytime during summer / winter. The 3 full beds / baths are super nice for what could be a varied amount of guests. The place is a real balance of comfort, convenience and it felt like the owner(s) also cared for the unit. Didn't feel like just a rental unit. Parking wasn't at all an issue, but if you had multiple vehicles you may have to shuttle (1) vehicle to surface lot 5 minutes away. It was my greatest concern and yet it turned out to be nothing. Local full time residents were very nice as well. If I only had (1) complaint...it was the microwave above-counter light was out. Hardly a complaint. Well done. Thank you.

Nice view but lacking

Decent location for a nice view of the mountain. However, if you're planning on skiing be warned that you'll need to drive to lot parking. Also, there is only 1 spot to park at unit, with almost no other close by parking for a second car. Two twins were advertised in the common room, but this is really just a couch. The place wasn't cleaned well; dirty air fryer, dirty dishware, trash under upstairs bed, and trash in downstairs king bedroom's bathroom.

Great Condo with a Loft

This property has plenty of room for a group of friends or a family or two. The common areas were great for gathering when we weren't running around Steamboat taking in all the beautiful fall weather. It's central to anything you need in town.

We loved our stay here at Ridgecrest. Property was clean upon arrival & the check in instructions were easy peasy. The view from our balcony was unmatched & the hot tub was a very nice amenity for those colder days. All who stayed agree that this is an easy 5 star review. What a great place! Excellent view of Steamboat Ski Area

Our family had an awesome time while visiting this location. The room was perfect for us and set up for a great ski trip. Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well appointed with all of the utensils and pans we needed. Lots of extras in the pantry. Thank you! The unit is not close to shuttle stop, but that was not an issue. The Meadows Lot is not far and free and provides excellent shuttle service. Unit was well maintained and clean. Recommended.

I really enjoyed staying at this property! The view was spectacular! Kitchen, bathroom, everything was stocked and made us feel at home. The parking is the only thing that we had an issue with if your party has more than one vehicle. Overall....would love to stay here again!

Good trip to Steamboat Springs

This was a very good property to stay at while on a ski vacation in Steamboat with my kids. The unit had everything we needed. Parking was a challenge since we had two vehicles. It would also have been good to know the best way to get transportation to and from the ski area. I would definitely consider staying there again. Thank you!
