The unit is only minutes from the ski area, which can be accessed via a foot path or via the steamboat city shuttle bus pickup at Shadow Run. When you aren't on the mountain or exploring the city or playing on the river, the full kitchen will be awaiting the chef of the group to whip up anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. After a full day of adventure, a long soak in the hot tub will be the perfect ending to the evening!

Perched 0.7 miles from Steamboat Ski Resort base, this mountain gem is a skiers and mountain bikers paradise with endless runs for all experience levels mere minutes away. When you need to stock up on groceries, local markets are under two miles away and a plethora of restaurants can be found close to home base. The Yampa River is also nearby and provides spectacular fly fishing as well as fun floating for the whole family. The pool at Shadow Run is a great place to relax and soak up the sun in between your summer adventures. If you feel like venturing out a bit, make your way to the heart of Steamboat Springs just three miles north where you will find even more local shops and restaurants. If a hike is on the agenda, don&;t hesitate to check out Fish Creek Falls or other local hikes in the area! A Steamboat area hiking guide is provided in the unit to help you decide on your outing. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
