This very well maintained and comfortably furnished vacation home in Stavoren is beautifully located on the water. Here you can swim, fish and sail directly at the vacation home. The vacation home has a jetty, so you can rent a boat or bring your own boat. For even more fun on the water, the homeowner even has a stand up paddle board available. On the first floor of this inviting cottage you will find a cozy living room overlooking the water and access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine, dryer and space for your bikes. The first floor has underfloor heating. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and hairdryer. The garden is located on the waterfront and is equipped with a lawn and a nice terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a barbecue. The jetty is equipped with a swimming ladder. This recreation area is partly still under construction. Construction activities may take place in the surrounding area.

The vacation home is within walking distance of a supermarket and various cozy restaurants on the harbor. In the immediate vicinity of Stavoren there are several places worth seeing, such as Workum, Sloten and Hindeloopen, which make the province of Friesland so special. Also visit the authentic center of Makkum and relax at Makkum Beach, a beautifully situated sandy beach on the IJsselmeer.
