"Self contained cabin in the middle of farm country. Plenty of toiletries, breakfast provisions of fresh local fare, the pot belly stove was well stocked, electric blankets on the beds and a super friendly host to introduce us to the property then left us alone. Perfect! Add to that the gorgeous dogs to make you feel at home, plenty of local wildlife around and a coffee pod machine in the kitchen made it the perfect stay. "Absolutely delightful staying here. Most comfortable accommodation we've had in a long time. Heater on and house warm when we arrived. "We loved the farm animals, the birds, the dogs, the vistas, the quietness, the gardens, the owners - and the cute little suite that we stayed in. It had everything we needed and was a perfect spot to stay to check out Mole Creek, for our lunch at The Truffle Farm and to check out Deloraine. The place was beautifully clean and contained all that we needed. The bed was comfy, the wood fire was a little cracker and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was divine. We'd love to head out that way...

"The property was comfortable, clean & close to main town centre. The heat pump kept the lounge, kitchen & dining room very warm but as it is an older style house with a long hallway the bedrooms were very cold. The heater supplied in the main bedroom was very ineffective & the heater in the 2nd bedroom wasn't working. We had a small dog & the property was fully fenced but the back lawn was very long."

"We stayed there with our show dogs as we had a show in Ulverstone which was less than 15 mins away. Great secure backyard for dogs to relax in after the shows each day. And sat out with them on the front porch enjoying the lovely weather. Lovely and quiet area which was good as our dogs remained quiet too. House was a bit warm at night but very comfy overall. Had everything you need. "
